Nellie is also the co-founder of Property 165, a boutique property company specialising in residential flips. Nellie and Property 165 were awarded New Property Investor of the Year in the 2017's Property Investors Awards.
About Nellie
From Producing to Property Development
Nellie was born and raised in Sydney, Australia, where she started working professionally as an actress at the age of 7. Since then, Nellie has performed in film and television in the UK, USA, Australia and New Zealand. She moved to the UK at the age of 17, training at the prestigious Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA). Whilst performing, Nellie joined her production company as co-owner and started producing at just 19.
Since then, Nellie has helped grow the company to become one of the most prolific digital children's production companies in the UK, earning four YouTube Silver Play Buttons in the process.
In 2016, Nellie started her property development company, Property 165, with her husband Mathew. The company has seen phenomenal growth in the last year and as a result, Nellie won Best New Property Investor of the Year at the 2017 Property Investor's Awards. A huge achievement for such a young company!
